So I write the way I would talk it through sitting across from you. One topic at a time, the plain meaning first, and the fine print only where it genuinely changes what you would pick.

I do not keep a favorite answer waiting for you. I lay the choices out next to each other, name the tradeoffs honestly, and let the details point where they point.

You can stop halfway, sleep on it, and come back with fresh questions. Nothing I explain here stops being true the moment you close the page.
