Answers given through this site can only be as good as the details they are based on. Names, contact details, medicines, doses, and the doctors listed should all be correct and current at the time they are submitted.

MedicsPulse may decline to act on a submission that appears incomplete, false, or entered on behalf of somebody who has not agreed to it.

Messaging And Contact Permissions

Where a visitor gives permission on the sign up page, MedicsPulse may send text messages and emails about a submitted request. Service messages cover the request itself. Marketing messages cover plan options and offers, and they are sent only where that separate permission has been given.

• Replying STOP to a message ends further messages to that number
• Replying HELP to a message returns support information
• Permission is never a condition of receiving guidance

Intellectual Property
